Features

The DDLS 78 series has a protection rating of IP 65. It is used to transmit data where wires can't be run because of things like moving parts. It has a standard TTY interface and has optional plug-in modules for RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485. Data is transmitted with modulated invisible infrared light or visible red light. The housing is made of die-cast aluminum making it a very durable device.
